Monel 400 sheet is a copper-nickel alloy with high corrosion and acid resistance. This alloy sheet is primarily composed of nickel and copper, with trace amounts of manganese, carbon, and silicon. It performs well in temperatures ranging from below zero to 1000 °F. The sheets have a high tensile strength of 550 MPa and a yield strength of 240 MPa due to their melting point of 1350°C and density of 8.8 g/cm³.
