Invar Pipe

What is Invar Pipe ?

Invar pipe is made from a nickel-iron alloy known for its very low expansion under heat. It’s mostly used in areas where size must stay stable across temperature changes. Parag Metals supplies Invar steel pipes in various grades invar 36, invar 42 and invar 49. These grades differ by their nickel content and performance needs.

We offer invar pipes in various sizes and forms to match different uses. Pipes range from 1/8” to 6” in outer diameter and are available in both seamless and welded types.Invar 36 pipe is the most preferred, whereas Invar 42 and 49 are for extreme temperatures or magnetic requirements. These invar alloy tube are provided with a smooth surface and can be shaped easily. We also accept customized size orders as per requirement.

Invar Pipe, Invar Steel Pipe, Invar Alloy Tube, Invar Pipe Supplier In India, Invar Pipe Stockist

Invar Pipe
Invar 36 pipe is widely used in aerospace, cryogenic tanks, and measuring devices. Invar 42 pipe is often used in electronics and sealing applications. Invar 49 pipe is used for magnetic shielding and electric components. Being an Invar pipe supplier in India and an Invar pipe stockist we provide reasonable price and speedy dispatch. Bulk and small orders are both welcome.
Before delivery, each pipe is checked for size, finish, and shape. We also perform simple tests to confirm the pipe’s strength and structure. This helps ensure every pipe meets your expectations and works well in real use.

Advantages of Invar Pipe

  • Extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, maintaining dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance in mild environments.
  • High mechanical strength and good fatigue resistance.
  • Good weldability and machinability for precision applications.
  • Maintains stability under thermal cycling conditions.

Uses of Invar Pipe

  • Precision instruments and scientific equipment requiring dimensional stability.
  • Optical devices and telescope components.
  • Temperature-sensitive industrial applications and measuring devices.
  • Cryogenic equipment and pipelines where thermal expansion must be minimal.
  • Frames and supports in aerospace and electronic applications.
