AMS 5667 Bar

AMS 5667 is the aerospace specification for Inconel X-750, a nickel-chromium precipitation-hardenable alloy supplied in bars, forgings, and rings. High strength, resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures are characteristics of this grade. To get its mechanical qualities it is heat treated using a precise equalising and precipitation procedure. In order to ensure reliable performance in demanding service environments, Parag Metals provides AMS 5667 material in the necessary heat-treated condition.

Our AMS 5667 provides many advantages that make it a reliable choice in engineering applications. It provides excellent strength and creep resistance up to 700°C (1300°F). Its protective oxide layer improves durability against both oxidizing and reducing environments. AMS 5667 also resists stress-corrosion cracking and provides good fatigue strength under cyclic loading. With reliable weldability and formability, it can be shaped and joined without loss of performance.

Inconel X-750 AMS 5667 bars Suppliers in Mumbai, India

AMS 5667 round bars are widely used in industries where high temperature and strength go hand in hand. In aerospace, they are applied in jet engines, airframes, and rocket motor components. In the energy sector they are used in nuclear reactor parts and gas turbines. The alloy also finds use in chemical processing equipment, high-temperature fasteners, springs, and fixtures. Its ability to perform under thermal cycling makes it a reliable choice for critical, high-performance applications.
