Titanium Grade 5 forgings are produced from one of the most popular titanium alloys with a high strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to corrosion. They are well suited for rigorous industries such as aerospace, marine, and chemical processing. Parag Metals provides high-quality Titanium Grade 5 forgings according to ASTM B381 and ASME SB 381. The material, also known as UNS R56400 or WERKSTOFF NR. 3.7165, has a 4% vanadium content and 6% aluminum content which improves its mechanical qualities. This material has a density of 4.43 g/cm³, a melting point of 1632°C, a tensile strength of 950 MPa, a yield strength of 880 MPa, and an elongation of 14%.
We provide Titanium Grade 5 forgings in various sizes, shapes, and finishes. From straightforward rounds to intricate custom parts all items have close tolerances. The sizes range from tiny-diameter rods to massive forged blocks and suit the demands of different industries. Standard sizes are ASTM B381 and ASME SB 381. Our inventory is prepared for rapid delivery, much like our stockist of Inconel 625 round bar. Similar to the case of the UNS N06625 round bar or Alloy 625 bar supplier services, we have regular quality and assured supply for all the titanium forging requirements.
Table of Content
Our Titanium Grade 5 forgings are affordable and suitable for medical parts, chemical plant valves, marine shafts, and aerospace fittings. Even in harsh conditions, these forgings resist corrosion and have a longer lifespan. We offer reliable sourcing for long-lasting, reasonably priced solutions, whether it’s titanium forgings or Inconel 625 rod options.
Every forging is subjected to strict quality inspections. We use sophisticated test techniques such as ultrasonic testing, PMI, and tensile testing to ensure the product is up to the mark. Our experts see to it that only perfect forgings are dispatched from our premises.
