Nimonic 75 Pipes

What is Nimonic 75 Pipes ?

Nimonic 75 pipes are constructed using a high-performance alloy that is resistant to extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. The alloy has approximately 19–22% chromium with traces of titanium and carbon added to boost stability. It is renowned for its superior mechanical strength and high level of oxidation resistance making the alloy the first choice in high-stress situations. It provides a tensile strength of 750 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation to as much as 42%. It is 8.4 g/cm³ in density and melts between 1374°C and 1420°C, providing enduring performance in challenging environments. Parag Metals is a leading Nimonic 75 pipe supplier committed to supplying premium-grade products backed by reliable service.

We offer Nimonic 75 pipes in seamless and welded conditions made according to ASTM B619, B622 and ASME SB619, SB622 standards. Our products vary from Nimonic 75 seamless tubes with varying wall thicknesses and outside diameters of 6 mm to 120 mm. Special lengths and finishes are also available as per application needs. Alloy UNS N06075 pipes have structural integrity under thermal stress and are suited for high-temperature as well as high-pressure systems where resistance to corrosion and creep is needed.
Nimonic 75 Pipes
Nimonic alloy 75 pipes are widely used in industries like aerospace, marine engineering, power generation, gas turbines, chemical plants, and heat exchangers. These pipes are particularly favored in applications where the performance should be consistent under changing heat. Nimonic 75 pipe price is dependent on size, finish type, and quantity. We provide competitive pricing along with guaranteed timely delivery to keep your project in line.
All of our pipes undergo rigorous testing prior to shipment. We perform quality inspections such as Positive Material Identification (PMI), ultrasonic testing, hardness testing and hydrostatic pressure testing. These guarantee that all pipes shipped by us are up to industry standards and customer requirements for safety and durability.

Advantages of Nimonic 75 Pipes
