Waspaloy Pipes

What is Waspaloy Pipe ?

Waspaloy pipe is a nickel-based superalloy known for its strength at high temperatures and solid corrosion resistance. It is age-hardenable, making it a reliable choice for aerospace and gas turbine engine parts. This pipe withstands heat—up to 1200˚F in rotating parts and 1600˚F in less demanding uses. Parag Metals, a trusted name in specialty alloys, is also a leading waspaloy pipe supplier. Our waspaloy pipes are made with precision using a strong mix of nickel, chromium, cobalt and titanium to deliver long-lasting performance.

These pipes have a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and a melting range between 1330–1360°C. They offer excellent tensile strength of 1103 MPa and yield strength of 724 MPa. This makes waspaloy pipes suitable for high-stress, high-heat conditions. They are durable, stable, and dependable in harsh environments which make them ideal for critical industries.

Waspaloy Pipes
We offer waspaloy pipe in diameters ranging from 1/8″ to 48″ and lengths from 1 to 6 meters. These pipes are frequently utilized in compressor discs, rotor shafts, rings, spacers, seals, and casings. Other applications include fasteners, engine hardware, missile systems, and airframe components. As waspaloy pipe stockists, we maintain a ready supply of sizes and grades to meet urgent demands.
All our pipes undergo strict quality checks, including material tests and dimensional inspections. We follow ASTM B637 standards and provide clear labeling and strong export-grade packaging. Each pipe is tested for strength and accuracy before delivery. For durable, heat-resistant performance, trust in quality that meets every mark.
