For low-cycle fatigue (LCF) applications where strength and flex are crucial, Inconel 625-LCF welding rods are used. The rods are used to join carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys based on nickel. They exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance especially in harsh and hot conditions. To meet customer needs, Parag Metals supplies Inconel 625-LCF welding rods in a range of sizes. Heat exchangers, chemical processing equipment, marine and aerospace all make extensive use of these rods. Size and quantity determine the price but we offer competitive pricing with assured stock availability.
Table of Content
Parag Metals supplies Inconel 625-LCF welding filler rods in different diameters and lengths. The diameter of our standard sizes is between 1.6 and 4.0 mm. Depending on the needs of the project different lengths are available. These rods are compatible with TIG and MIG welding processes. Because of their low carbon content, there is less chance of carbide precipitation when welding. Depending on their shape, they are also referred to as Inconel 625-LCF welding electrodes or Inconel 625-LCF welding filler wires.
